By contacting Gary Chromiak, you’ll open a dialogue that defines his service as well as an initial review of your borrowing needs. If you choose to engage G-Ray Commercial as your broker, you’ll sign a Service Agreement establishing the terms of your contract along with a processing/consultation fee.

Once you’ve established a Service Agreement, you’ll need to gather necessary financial information. This involves 2 of the 3 forms available for download. 

Referenced during your initial consultation with Gary Chromiak, you’ll complete a Personal Financial Statement (PFS) and either a Commercial Rent Roll or a Multifamily Rent Roll. Download each required document & carefully complete the forms. The effectiveness of your application begins with the accuracy of these financial submissions.
